Eligibility for Refunds/Cancellation/Returns
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Items received are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design proof.
- Order cancellations made before production has started (within 1 Hour of order placement).
- Orders lost during transit (subject to courier confirmation).
We highly recommend double-checking your design before submitting the order to ensure that all the details are accurate.
Non-Refundable/Returnable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Customized products with errors arising from incorrect information or design files provided by the customer.
- Slight color variations (within industry standards).
- Changes requested after production has started (After 1 Hour of order placement).
- Products used, altered, or not in original condition.
Reporting Issues
To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide:
- Order number
- Package opening video should be submitted
- Photos of the product showing the issue
- A brief explanation of the problem

Refund Process
Upon review, if the claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Cost
No Extra Charges: We understand that returns and exchanges can be stressful. To make the process easier for you, we will cover all the shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. There will be no added or extra cost to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
