Production and Design Proofing
Pratik Art uses various production facilities worldwide, and we cannot guarantee the location of production for each order. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your design before submission, as we will print and fulfill orders as submitted.
Design proofs, when requested, must be reviewed and approved by you before production. We are not responsible for any mistakes in the final product caused by user-approved designs.
Response Time
You are required to respond to any design proofs or information requests within three days. Failure to respond may result in delays or cancellation of the order.
Delays
Estimated delivery dates provided on the site are indicative and do not account for public holidays or shipping delays. Shipping-related delays should be addressed directly with the carrier.
Refund and Returns
If your product is damaged or defective, we will either reprint or fix it at no additional cost. To request a reprint or refund:
- Email a clear description and photo of the damage to info.laloprints@gmail.com.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Refunds will be processed via Paytm and are typically issued within 7 business days.
- LaloPrint covers the return shipping costs.
Miscellaneous
These TOS are binding and governed by the laws of Ahmedabad. Any disputes will be resolved through confidential, binding arbitration under the commercial rules of JAMS, rather than in court. You waive any right to a jury trial, and claims must be arbitrated individually.
